Roasted Watermelon Seeds:
- 1/2 c. watermelon seeds
- 1/4 tsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
Toss seeds with oil and salt. Bake on baking sheet in a 325 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
